Paolo has three decades of multinational legal experience including over twenty years in-house for a global financial services enterprise listed on the NYSE. He has a deep knowledge of overseas business practices, their legal systems and political environments and first-hand experience dealing with U.S. and foreign authorities on behalf of a regulated industry. He has participated in large complex transactions in global markets, including Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East, and managed the establishment and licensing of start-up operations in emerging markets.
