Violeta Petrova and Ruby Li to Speak on Business Visa Trends

Immigration attorneys Violeta Petrova and Ruby Li will speak at the annual staff retreat of Cultural Vistas. Cultural Vistas is an organization that provides J-1 sponsorship for interns and trainees.  Violeta and Ruby will provide an overview of business visa classifications and an update on current trends.  The presentation will take place on November 5 in New York City.

Ruby Li handles all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration law, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, citizenship and immigration support for corporate restructuring. She also assists clients with family-based immigration matters, consular processing, re-entry permits and naturalization. Ruby also has experience in the U.S. EB-5 Investor Category.

Violeta Petrova represents large-cap, mid-cap and small-cap clients in U.S. business immigration, including nonimmigrant and permanent residence matters.  She has also assisted individual clients with family-based and employment-based visas.
