Jeff is head of the Litigation Group. As an intellectual property litigator, Jeff advises clients on trademark and trade dress infringement, unfair competition and copyright infringement claims. Jeff has handled a broad spectrum of complex federal and state court commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, from contract disputes to business tort claims.
As an educator to his clients, Jeff distills complex concepts to help clients make informed decisions. He partners with clients not only to resolve matters efficiently, but to develop an understanding of their business and align strategies with their business goals.
