Maja Szumarska

Maja focuses her practice on the enforcement of intellectual property rights.  She has represented many prominent fashion and luxury brands in litigation involving trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, copyright infringement and unfair competition. Maja specializes in brand protection and has developed extensive online enforcement strategies for clients across various platforms, including online marketplaces, social media platforms, on-demand printers, NFT marketplaces and 3D digital product marketplaces. With a strong passion for emerging technologies, she has focused her practice on advising clients on legal issues related to blockchain technology and artificial intelligence.
