Colleen A. Klanchnik provides counsel on U.S. employment-based immigration matters with a focus on securing U.S. permanent residence and maintenance of U.S. work authorization. She works with diverse corporate clients as well as with individuals, providing guidance on PERM applications, nonimmigrant visas, multinational manager immigrant petitions, adjustment of status applications and I-9 compliance.
