ACT Program

The Gibney ACT (Associate/Counsel Training) Program is dedicated to providing professional development support to associates and counsel. The goal of the program is to enhance the firm experience for associates and counsel in areas such as integration, culture, mentoring, professional development, leadership and business development.

Programs and Seminars

We ensure that attorneys remain current with developments in their areas of law and encourage attendance at educational programs and trainings. We support attorneys that pursue speaking engagements and attend conferences, seminars and other networking events.

Paralegal Training

We provide ongoing training to paralegals on the substantive and procedural legal developments in their practices, so that they are better equipped with the skills, knowledge and background needed to support our clients.
