Violeta Petrova represents clients in all aspects of U.S. business immigration matters, including non-immigrant and permanent residence matters. She has advised clients in multiple sectors, including financial, engineering, IT, biotech and pharmaceuticals, and graphic/digital design. Ms. Petrova’s experience includes advising clients with respect to L-1A, L-1B, H-1B, O-1, J-1, E-1 and H-3 non-immigrant visas, and advancing immigrant petitions for outstanding researchers, individuals of extraordinary ability, multinational managers, and advanced degree professionals seeking a national interest waiver. She also has substantial experience with PERM labor certifications.
Prior to joining Gibney, Ms. Petrova practiced immigration law with a global business immigration law firm.
