Stephen J.O. Maltby

Stephen heads Gibney’s Immigration Group and is responsible for overseeing all client immigration matters. He is personally involved in the design and implementation of strategic immigration programs for businesses, providing best practices for regulatory compliance and solutions customized to their particular needs.

Stephen works with clients in a broad range of industries including financial services, pharmaceutical, technology, media and entertainment. He has years of experience representing clients from around the world with their cross border, investment and start-up operations in the U.S.
