Kristen Smith is a partner in the Business and Emerging Business Practice Groups. Mrs. Smith is involved in all facets of the firm’s corporate practice. She is experienced in transactional matters ranging from corporate acquisitions to asset based financings. She drafts and negotiates a wide variety of commercial documents including distribution agreements, license agreements, security agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and commercial leases.
Mrs. Smith counsels Emerging Business clients with respect to their choice of business entity and assists such clients with all facets of establishing their business.
