Colleen Klanchnik provids counsel on U.S. employment-based immigration matters. She has worked with diverse corporate clients of varying sizes and industries, and with individuals. Ms. Klanchnik has advised clients regarding nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-2, and E-3 classifications, and permanent residence applications, including PERM, and EB-1 Multinational Manager, Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher immigrant petitions, and adjustment of status applications. She has counseled employers regarding I-9 and LCA compliance matters, and assisted physicians, scientists and other exchange visitors subject to the J-1 home residence requirement in obtaining J-1 waivers.
Ms. Klanchnik practiced for six years at a large international immigration law firm, and prior to that, she worked at a boutique immigration law firm in New York, New York. She also served as an intern for the Honorable Richard W. Goldberg on the U.S. Court of International Trade.
