Professional Profile

Aisling Ryan is a Partner in the Immigration Practice Group. She advises a wide range of corporate clients on their U.S. business immigration needs, including overall program management and compliance and individual case matters. From multi-national companies to start-ups, she has represented clients in a range of industries, including financial services, technology, life sciences, media, publishing and manufacturing.

Ms. Ryan is admitted to the New York Bar, and previously practiced as a Solicitor in Dublin, Ireland where she focused on immigration and asylum law. She was a Board Member of the Irish Refugee Council from 2003 until 2006.  In New York, she has provided pro bono representation to immigration clients under the Violence Against Women Act.
