Tao practices U.S. immigration and nationality law, concentrating in employment-based immigration. She advises global companies and foreign nationals on nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, PERM labor certification process, employment and family-based adjustment of status petitions and naturalization. She has worked with clients in the technology, finance, arts, athletics and fashion industries. Tao also advises on humanitarian forms of immigration relief such as Asylum, VAWA, DACA, T Visa and SIJS.
