Katherine counsels corporations on U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visa options and maintenance of status. She reviews petitions for L-1A, L-1B, TN, H-1B, and E-3 visas. She works with clients to strategize, analyze, and review non-immigrant petitions and support letters for L-1A, L-1B, TN, H-1B, and E-3 petitions. She assists clients with family-based immigrant petitions, consular processing, re-entry permits, and naturalization. Katherine is also experienced in drafting responses to complex USCIS Requests for Evidence (RFEs).

Community Involvement
During law school Katherine volunteered at Catholic Charities in New Hampshire, where she served as a Spanish interpreter and assisted with VAWA, DACA, U Visa, and T Visa case preparation.
She also voluntered at the Safe Passage Project as a Spanish interpreter and conducted screenings for Special Immigrant Juvenile cases.
