Joseph Di Cesare

Joseph practices U.S. immigration and nationality law. He assists corporate and individual clients in obtaining U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and status – based upon employment or family relationship. He also advises on nationality issues, including the acquisition and retention of U.S. citizenship. He counsels corporate clients of all sizes in regard to their obligations as employers under U.S. immigration laws.

Joseph has been with Gibney since 1988 and has been a partner of the firm since 1996. He has been practicing immigration law for over 31 years and is skilled in representing clients before various offices of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Labor.
