With a focus on prevention, she works with clients to develop an understanding of their business and implements proactive strategies to avoid litigation and to resolve matters efficiently.
Committed to proactive communication, she advises clients on evolving employment laws, developing and maintaining employment policies to achieve compliance, minimize risk, and offer guidance on other employment issues.
Desiree is also an experienced litigator and has handled complex matters involving insurance coverage, breach of contract, product liability and other commercial disputes.
While attending law school, Desiree interned for the Southern District of New York’s Mediation Unit and the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Organized Crime Division.
