Deborah B. Davy

As head of the global immigration team, Deborah manages comprehensive immigration and global compliance programs for corporate clients. She facilitates high-volume international personnel transfers for large multinational companies in the information technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, arts and entertainment, manufacturing, social media, on-line retailers, oil and gas and financial sectors.

Deborah understands the complex rules and procedures associated with global business visa and work permit processes and the “Right to Work” laws in foreign countries.  She guides human resources and global mobility teams in developing policies and best practices for immigration compliance and workforce planning.

Providing a hands-on approach, Deborah serves as a single point of contact for clients’ global matters. She has established strong working relationships with premier service providers worldwide and manages co-counsel relationships to create a seamless experience for clients.
