Carlyn manages Gibney’s human resources programs, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation matters, employee benefits, records management, employee relations and retention, compliance with labor regulations, employee training and policy development and enforcement.
Prior to joining Gibney, Carlyn worked as a recruiter in the education field.
