Joy Cline serves as Executive Director in the Immigration Group. She has over 25 years of business immigration experience. She works with attorneys on the implementation of corporate immigration programs for large multinational organizations. Joy is responsible for the oversight of Gibney’s case management system and the development and implementation of best practices.
With an understanding of their goals and challenges, Joy works with clients to support their program management objectives. She assists clients in the technology, financial services, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals industries.
Joy works closely with Gibney’s IT team on the development of online reporting tools and customized case management. She also provides guidance to all of the firm’s Client Service Managers on the development of customized processes and protocols, compliance measures and client onboarding.
