Beaula practices U.S. immigration and nationality law, concentrating in employment-based immigration. She assists corporate clients and executives in obtaining non-immigrant and immigrant visas across the financial services, technology and performing arts industries.
She also assists individual clients with family-based immigration matters, including family-based adjustment of status petitions and naturalization. Beaula also has experience assisting individuals with humanitarian forms of immigration relief such as Asylum, VAWA and U & T Visas for survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking.
