From multinationals to start-ups, Aisling represents corporate clients of all sizes with their US employment based immigration needs. She develops strategic partner relationships to provide a personalized level of service for clients across a range of industries, including Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Engineering, Financial Services, Technology, Media, Publishing and Manufacturing.  Her work primarily involves the following :

  • Lead Partner for established and emerging E-2 Treaty Investor Companies in the life sciences and engineering sectors including transfer of E-2 managers and essential skills workers.
  • External immigration counsel for Fortune 500 company with 250,000+ employees, managing all aspects of the company’s employment based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa program.
