Aleksandra provides counsel to both corporate clients and individuals regarding U.S. immigration matters and case strategy. Her legal work is informed by her personal immigrant experience, which allows her to offer an empathetic, culturally aware, and deeply committed approach to supporting clients as they navigate the complexities of the U.S. immigration system.
She has experience preparing a wide array of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), as well as nonimmigrant visa applications processed at Consular Posts abroad and Ports of Entry. Her case experience includes TN, Blanket L, L-1A/B, O-1A/B, H-1B, E-3, EB-1A/C, and AOS filings. She also has experience coordinating responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and managing the PERM lifecycle.
