Rachel guides multinational corporate clients and individual clients in obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant employment-based visas. She collaborates with global mobility stakeholders on immigration matters, including:
- H-1, L-1, O-1 and TN visas
- Responding to Requests for Evidence
- EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waivers
- Adjustment of status applications
She is also experienced in E-2, E-3, J-1 and naturalization applications.
Rachel has worked with clients in the artificial intelligence, the arts, financial services, food and beverage, household products, insurance, manufacturing, media and software and technology industries.
