Gibney intellectual property practice head, Brian W. Brokate, will be speaking at the IPO’s Annual Meeting in a panel discussion entitled, “Stopping Counterfeiting Around the World: A ‘How To’ Session”. This discussion will focus on what companies who have discovered trademark infringement against their marks should do and the civil and criminal options available to them in pursuing counterfeiters. Information will be provided on current trends in intellectual property protection and anti-counterfeiting.
