Wm. Lee Kinnally, Jr. has litigated in federal and state courts and in arbitration and mediation venues throughout the United States. He has tried both jury and non-jury cases and has handled appeals in the federal and state courts.
Mr. Kinnally’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, trials, arbitrations, mediations and appeals.
Mr. Kinnally has successfully represented individual and corporate clients in a wide variety of areas including antitrust, trade regulation, copyright and trademark protection, publishing, software licensing disputes, libel and slander, invasion of privacy, anti-counterfeiting, employment law, fraud, Internet law, RICO, probate, trusts and estates, unfair competition, bankruptcy, real estate, limited partnerships, breach of contract and insurance.

Represented a publisher in defeating breach of contract, copyright infringement and unfair competition claims
Obtained a defense jury verdict in a fraud case brought against one of the world’s largest cosmetic companies
Negotiated a favorable settlement on behalf of Major League Baseball Properties in a trademark infringement suit with a trading card company
Represented limited partners in a series of suits against general partners alleging fraud, breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty and obtained a favorable settlement for the limited partners
In an arbitration on behalf of a limited partner against a managing agent of numerous Manhattan office buildings, settled claims for various post-closing adjustments after the cross-examination of the managing agent
Represented one of the largest transportation companies in the country and negotiated a settlement for a nominal amount of a suit alleging, among other claims, RICO, conspiracy to monopolize and restrain trade, harassment, interference with prospective economic advantage and violation of civil rights
