Tanya Goldsmith focuses her practice on corporate immigration counseling of Fortune 500 corporations, international financial institutions, small and emerging private companies, and individuals. She strategizes and oversees preparation of a wide range of visa petitions to facilitate both long and short term work assignments, as well as permanent residence sponsorship and naturalization. She advises corporate clients on ongoing immigration policy development and workforce compliance efforts. In addition, Ms. Goldsmith practices family-based immigration, counseling and aiding U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, and eligible family members in the acquisition and retention of U.S. immigration benefits. She has extensive experience representing employers and individuals in immigration matters with the U.S. Department of Labor, United States Citizenship & Immigration Services, and U.S. Department of State consular posts abroad.
