Professional Profile

Stephen J.O. Maltby heads Gibney's Immigration Practice Group and is responsible for the oversight of all client immigration matters. Mr. Maltby is personally involved in the design and implementation of strategic immigration programs for businesses, providing best practices for regulatory compliance and solutions customized to their particular needs. He represents clients in a broad range of industries including the financial services, pharmaceutical, Internet, technology, media and entertainment sectors and has many years of experience representing clients from around the world with their cross border, investment and start up operations in the United States.
