Shai Dayan is an associate attorney in Gibney’s Immigration Practice Group where he focuses on representing corporations and individuals in employment-based immigration matters, including procuring non-immigrant and immigrant based visas such as H-1B, L, E, O, and TN statuses. He has significant experience guiding clients through all phases of the PERM / Green Card process and regularly advises clients on issues relating to immigration compliance. Mr. Dayan has represented both large and small corporate clients in a broad array of industries including finance, technology, energy, hospitality, medical, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Gibney, Mr. Dayan practiced immigration law at a small immigration law firm in New York. His experience also includes representing individual clients in family based immigration matters.
