Professional Profile

Rosanna M. Fox is an associate in the Immigration Practice Group. She is involved in assisting corporate and individual clients in obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas (based upon employment or a familial relationship). Ms. Fox provides advice on nationality issues (including the acquisition and retention of United States citizenship), as well as employment compliance issues (such as Form I-9 and E-Verify). Ms. Fox is particularly experienced in representing employers in PERM Labor Certification matters.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fox spent time abroad studying the history and culture of Australia and the Pacific region. Prior to joining Gibney as an associate, Ms. Fox worked with the firm as a law clerk.
