Peter Cousins represents clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, licensing, and real estate. He negotiates corporate acquisitions and sales, asset-based financings, domestic and international trademark and copyright licenses, and leases of offices and retail spaces. He advises clients regarding all aspects of trademark and copyright clearance, registration and enforcement, as well as corporate formation and starting a business. He has counseled companies in such diverse industries as watches and jewelry, fragrance and beauty, clothing, publishing, home furnishings, and telecommunications, among others.
