Kristen Wright is an associate in the Business Practice Group. Ms. Wright is involved in all facets of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice. She is experienced in the negotiation and drafting of corporate acquisitions, asset based financings, agency and distribution agreements, leases and other commercial agreements.

Ms. Wright is responsible for the formation and maintenance of corporations, Limited Liability Companies and partnerships.
