Judi A. McManigal has practiced business immigration law since 1998, with concentrated experience in labor certifications and EB-1 petitions for Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researchers and Multinational Managers. She has served a broad range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and individuals in the semiconductor, manufacturing, oil, finance, non-profit, nursing and IT industries, and has worked extensively with establishing law firms’ internal immigration technology and processes. Ms. McManigal has created training programs for corporate compliance and has presented numerous seminars to corporate immigration professionals and to multinational companies and their employees across the United States, as well as continuing legal education trainings for attorneys.
Ms. McManigal practices in Gibney’s San Francisco office. She is a San Francisco native, conversant in Spanish, and has traveled to more than 40 countries.
