Joseph Di Cesare is a partner in Gibney's Immigration Practice Group and focuses his practice in the area of U.S. immigration and nationality law, assisting corporate and individual clients in obtaining U.S. immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and status (based upon employment or family relationship) and providing advice on nationality issues (including the acquisition and retention of United States citizenship).
Mr. Di Cesare also counsels corporate clients of all sizes in regard to their obligations as employers under the immigration laws of the United States. He has been with Gibney since 1988 and has been a partner of the firm since 1996. Mr. Di Cesare has been practicing immigration law for over 20 years and is skilled in representing clients before various offices of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security , the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Labor.
