John F. Flaherty is the Senior Partner of the firm and the Chairman of its Management Committee. His supervision of the firm’s Business Practice Group has given him a broad range of professional experience in a multitude of corporate-related areas. His work for corporations and other organizations involves day-to-day planning and problem solving in contractual, securities, trade and intellectual property matters. His responsibilities also include the financing, restructuring and acquisition and sale of corporations and other businesses.
