J. Claire Razzolini is a partner in Gibney’s Immigration Practice Group where she practices in the area of U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law, concentrating in employment-based immigration.
Ms. Razzolini counsels established global companies regarding the employment of foreign nationals and related federal compliance issues. She represents corporate and individual clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of State, and has extensive experience securing temporary employment authorization, permanent resident status, and naturalization benefits on behalf of executives, multinational managers, professional workers, specialized workers, students, and artists across a wide-range of industries. She is a frequent speaker on U.S. immigration best practices, and has presented at business immigration seminars and Continuing Legal Education seminars in New York and California.
Prior to joining Gibney, Ms. Razzolini practiced corporate immigration law at an immigration law firm in San Francisco, California and with a large law firm in New York. Her experience also includes working for a legal services organization coordinating pro bono representation for indigent individuals and non-profit organizations.
Ms. Razzolini is a cum laude graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law where she was a member of the Buffalo Law Review.
