Professional Profile
Frederick W. Anthony is head of Gibney's Business and Tax and Employee Benefits Practice Groups. He has extensive experience in financing and implementing business ventures, including acquisitions and sales of privately held businesses and has advised both purchasers and sellers in stock sales, asset sales, and merger transactions.
Mr. Anthony also regularly advises clients regarding the implementation and administration of employee benefit plans and executive compensation plans, including qualified retirement plans, welfare benefit plans and deferred compensation plans.
