Christina L. Winsor is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Mrs. Winsor concentrates on an assortment of intellectual property matters, including trademark and copyright litigation, registration, protection and enforcement, involving actions in federal court and those before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has experience in bringing various claims under the Lanham Act and Copyright Act, particularly those of infringement and counterfeiting.
Mrs. Winsor also has experience in multiple practice areas on the Internet, including domain name enforcement and statutory compliance for Internet agreements and licenses surrounding clients’ business needs.
Mrs. Winsor has represented clients in trademark prosecution matters, including office actions and oppositions before the USPTO. She has litigated multiple anti-counterfeiting cases in federal courts around the country and has ample experience in brand enforcement and protection. Internet and website structuring, including licensing and other forms of legal conformity are also incorporated into Mrs. Winsor’s portfolio.
