Amy McCoy is a partner in the Immigration Practice Group. She is involved in assisting corporate and individual clients in obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas based upon employment or a familial relationship, and providing advice on nationality issues including the acquisition and retention of United States lawful permanent residency and citizenship.
